I know that Vodafone in the UK have something called content control. This means that to access content from many sites that aren't vodafone approved, that you need to prove you are over 18.
Therefore to avoid kids receiving pornographic material using the cash on their phones that their parents top up you have to enter your credit card details to prove your age. Obviously this is a pain but once you've done it it's done.

Is this the same with all operators? I shall be populating a whole operator list when the days have more hours in but until then, use this forum to discuss this type of stuff
