Certain content that can be downloaded on your mobile phone is for 'Adult Only' use and what this means is that you will need to verify yourself with your mobile operator to prove that you are over 18.

We've provided a list to try and help should you have any difficulties. Simply following the instructions underneath your operators name to begin the process.

Orange
Customers can call Orange Customer Services (450) where they will remove content lock. They will require your credit card to identify you in order to perform an age check.

All new Orange Pay Monthly customers are automatically allowed access to age restricted services unless they request not to. To 'opt-out' online go to www.orange.co.uk.

O2
Call 61018 from your O2 mobile and follow the instructions, you will need your credit card. You can also go to your nearest O2 store. Take documents to verify your name, address and age.
For example:

Utility bill
Bank statement
Driving license
Passport
Birth certificate

You will be required to validate that the phone will be used by you, that you are 18 or older and that you want the phone to be able to access adult services

Vodafone
Call 1581 (free) for information from Vodafone about Content Control. You can register online at Vodafone Registration or call the operator (191) from your Vodafone mobile. You will then be connected to an operator (fixed 25 pence). They will require your credit card to identify you in order to perform an age check.

T-Mobile
From your T-Mobile phone, call 1818 (free). They require your credit card ready as proof of age or you can use the T-Mobile website at www.t-mobile.co.uk to remove their ‘content lock’.

In your nearest t-mobile store. Take documents to verify your name, address and age.
For example:

Utility bill
Bank statement
Driving license
Passport
Birth certificate

You will be required to validate that the phone will be used by you, that you are over 18 years old.

Virgin
From your Virgin phone, call customer services on 789 (fixed 10p). Then select option 0 which takes you straight to a customer service agent who can remove the bar.

Please be sure to let us know if these details are incorrect so that we can keep an up to date list to help others. Please also note that you may or may not be charged for the services listed above.

nice one, for finding this out Russ, it's not just adult content but just content the operators dont seem to know is safe. I think mobclub should find a way of being 'accepted' by these networks as there's nothing 'adult' on the site, at most a few sexy dancing mobile videos and cleavage pictures, nothing more than you'd get in a newspaper ask the builders...
